Terms of Service

El Jefe Logistics is a community-run virtual trucking company (VTC) for Euro Truck Simulator 2. By creating an account, linking Discord, using our bot or accessing member services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by Discord and the law where you live. If local law requires parental or guardian permission, you must have it.

• Provide accurate application and profile information and keep it reasonably current.
• Keep your password and account access secure. Tell management promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
• Use only your own Steam, Trucky and Discord identities unless management has expressly approved otherwise.
• Do not create duplicate, deceptive or automated accounts.

Registration does not guarantee membership. Applications may be reviewed, accepted or declined according to operational needs and community standards.

Members must act respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, cheating, malicious disruption, fraudulent records, unauthorised access and attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.

Drivers must submit journey, incident and performance information honestly. Management may review tracker evidence, screenshots, logs and audit records when investigating safety, conduct or data-integrity concerns.

Discord linking is optional unless management makes verification necessary for a particular operational role. When linked, the El Jefe Logistics bot may verify server membership, manage authorised roles, publish operational notices and answer member commands.

Discord, Steam, Trucky and Euro Truck Simulator 2 are third-party services governed by their own terms and availability. El Jefe Logistics is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Discord Inc., Valve Corporation, Trucky, SCS Software or their respective owners.

All website salaries, bank balances, earnings, expenses, houses, vehicles, holidays, marketplace items, company finances, awards and reputation values are fictional game/community records.

• They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or transferred for real money.
• They do not create employment, wages, investments, banking, credit, insurance or legal ownership.
• Management may rebalance, correct, remove or reset virtual records to protect fairness or repair errors.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give El Jefe Logistics a non-exclusive permission to store, process, display and share that content within the community where necessary to operate the service, verify activity, publish approved achievements or investigate incidents.

Only upload material you have the right to use. Do not upload malware, unlawful content, private information about another person without authority, or copyrighted material you are not permitted to share.

We aim to keep the service reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended or withdrawn for security, maintenance, legal, technical or community reasons. Important changes will be communicated where reasonably practical.

Management may restrict, suspend or close access for breach of these terms, community risk, inactivity, security concerns or operational necessity. Serious or urgent risks may be acted on immediately. Where appropriate, members may ask management to review a decision.

You may leave the community and request account closure. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, disputes, audit integrity or legal compliance, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided for recreational community use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Jefe Logistics is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost game progress, third-party platform outages, or losses caused by information supplied inaccurately by users.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will deal with any dispute, while any mandatory consumer rights available where you live remain unaffected.
